CrossFit Warrior Kids


Perfect for the young aspiring CrossFitters. Our warrior Kids class focuses on developing great movement patterns at an early age and increasing overall fitness for a wide range of other sports. This class is targeted at 8- to 12-year-olds who show an interest in exercise and have a willingness to learn. This class run monday and wednesday 4 - 4:30 during the 10 week school term.
