Much like trying to sneak vegetables into our children's food our aim is to sneak exercise into a fun environment!
Our classes are focused around CrossFit's 10 foundational movements. We place a huge emphasis on correct movement patterns, high energy and FUN, whilst also integrating discipline and teamwork.
CrossFit Trooper Teens
12+ years (60minutes)
Our Trooper teen classes are structured the same as our regular CF classes. They are treated as young adults whilst in an environment that promotes self-confidence, discipline and ambition. Our emphasis is placed on flawless movement patterns together with promoting a high work ethic and teamwork.
