0435 OverTime is additional programming specific for anybody who competes in the sport of CrossFit. Layered on top of our regular CF programming there are daily strength, conditioning and accessory pieces designed to develop your overall ability as a CrossFit athlete. OverTime includes 6 days per week CrossFit plus additional O T programming.
There is a deep dive into mindset, nutrition, recovery, and all the aspects involved with becoming a level 5 athlete, as well as specific skill work for pairs and team competitions and weekly swimming workouts. The minimum commitments for OverTime are 2-3 hours per day usually split over 2 sessions, (1 morning, 1 evening).
