  • Perfect for the young aspiring CrossFitters. Our warrior Kids class focuses on developing great movement patterns at an early age and increasing overall fitness for a wide range of other sports. This class is targeted at 8- to 13-year-olds who show an interest in exercise and have a willingness to learn. This class run monday and wednesday 4 - 4:30 during the 10 week school term.


13yrs +

  • Trooper Teen CrossFit features the same programming cycle as our adult classes specifically catered to teenage athletes with training days Monday Wednesday and Friday. Our coaching aim is to prepare our teenage athletes to safely move into adult classes. This class does not pause during the school holidays however class times maybe subject to change. Minimum age requirement for this class is 13 years old.

5 class Punchcard

  • Access to 5 CrossFit Classes. This expires in 4 weeks


10 class punchcard

  • Access to 10 CrossFit classes. Expires 6 weeks after purchase. Perfect if the amount of classes you can attend varies week to week.

5 class punchcard

  • Access to 5 CrossFit classes. This expires in 4 weeks.

  • Single session for visiting Crossfitters

Overtime : Access to regular unlimited classes plus closed door Overtime training sessions.
