We are a Crossfit affiliate located in Silverdale Auckland.
Our coaches (Cadre) are passionate about the sport of Crossfit and the positive affect CrossFit has on people in the community.

Crossfit is a fully inclusive, community-based exercise programme that allows ordinary people to train like athletes and gain tangible measurable results that will help you perform your daily life tasks better, both physically and mentally.

The name 04:35 came about through cadre Pauls' daily routine.
